These Hybrid Olivettes completely new concept that combines the best aspects of both the In-Line and Lock
Slide models.
The line curved around the outside of the bomb-shaped weight on Lock and Slide olivettes because there was no central hole. When the line is under tension, it stretches out straight and can shift the silicone off the spikes. When battling hard-fighting carp, the olivette may even ping off. So we made a hole just off the centre, avoiding the central spikes, and lined it with silicone to prevent line damage. This new hybrid design truly represents the best of both worlds, as well as a bit of hi-tech, micro engineering.
