I have used this holdall for a few sessions since purchase. Initial thoughts are: Pro's-well made, as is all of my other Korum luggage. Nice and light-ideal for roving and those waters that involve a bit of a trek from the car. The padded shoulder starp is confortable. End section is stiffened-this extra protection should help to protect rod tips. The holdall is long enough to accomodate two piece 12 foot rods-previous Korum 12 foot holdalls have been a bit of a squeeze. There is (just!) enough room to attach a standard brolly and a couple of banksticks to the exterior fastenings. Once the buckles are tightened the brolly feels nice and secure. Landing net pole fitted inside with the rods. Cons-the carry handle is useless! Even when full with two rods and reels the handle is way off the centre of gravity-this is not a major issue as the holdall will spend most of the time on your shoulder. Do not expect to fit two big pits in whilst attached to the rods. My Shimano Longcasts, for example, simply do not fit. However it is ok with two standard reels. I have fitted two rods with Daiwa Laguna 2500's attahced in ok. Guess it depends just how big you big pits are! Overall I am pleased despite the caveats above, and would recommend to others looking for a lighweight two rod holdall.
