Delivery And Handling Details

Postage and Packaging Charges are for within mainland UK and will normally be within 1 to 5 working days (maximum of 28 days) from time of order, We do not at this moment in time offer Overseas deliveries. Where delivery cannot be made within the target time, you will be contacted and made aware of any delays. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt, when no signature is obtainable the courier will return the goods to the depot nearest to yourself, and a further attempts will be made to deliver the goods on the following days, if there is still no person to receive the goods they will be taken back to the nearest depot and retain for approximately one week. The order can be collected from the depot with proof of attempted delivery, or utility bill and photo ID. If the goods are to be delivered again then a charge may be made by the courier collected by us, this charge is only incurred when the customer requests a further delivery, to avoid this charges just contact the local depot and call in person to collect the parcel.

Small Items (Hooks, Swivels etc) £0.99

Medium Items (Rests, Line etc) £3.50

Larger Expensive Items (Reels, Rods, Luggage etc) £6.50

Promo Item (Shown in the Description) Free Delivery

To view the postage and packing charge on an item, add it to the shopping basket, and go to the Checkout, this shows the total postage and packing amount for the entire order. Please note in most circumstances the item which carries the most expensive postage charge is used for the postage charge of the entire order

Promo items which are order which are Free Delivery, make the entire order placed Free Delivery regardless of any other products ordered at the time.

Making A Purchase

To make a purchase just browse around our site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on View Basket and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process your order. We accept online card payment by Switch, Solo, MasterCard and Visa. All transactions are 100% safe and powered by SecPay security.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made at any time after an order has been placed, all cancellations must be made by e-mail to bobcotackle@googlemail.com quoting your order number.

Cancellations made, after orders have been dispatched (after dispatch e-mail has been sent) may be subject to a return carriage charge.

Returns Policy

Returning goods should always be arranged by contacting us first. Please do not return goods with out first contacting ourselves.

Returning goods which have been damaged on delivery must contact us within 7 days of reciept of the order. These will be collected by our couriers and replacement sent through.

Returning faulty goods, contact ourselves with the details of the product which is faulty and details of the fault. We will contact you in return with the correct procedure and manufacturer warranty details of that product. Goods will be replaced subject to a manfacturer inspection and finding of a manufacturing flaw.

Returning non faulty goods may be done so within 30 days of reciept of the order. Goods must be in new condition and in original packaging in order to obtain a full refund. Return of non faulty goods is done at customers own cost.

Privacy Policy

We guarantee not to pass on your details to any other company under any circumstances. We value your custom and will keep your personal details private. Any information you give when ordering or by e-mail will only be kept by us offline to help us with the order or enquiry, the information collected is that given at the time of ordering or e-mail. We collect the information ourselves and under no circumstances will it be given to any third parties. We will not contact you unless it is with regards to an order or if requested to do so. All credit/debit card information is destroyed after 30 days. We need this time to make sure there are no problems with transactions or if you exercise your right to return your goods.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above and we reserve the right to make amendments to these terms and conditions without notice but will publish any changes here once they are made.
